Located near Como's historic center, Borgovico Apartments offers comfortable accommodations with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bidet, a bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room, accommodating up to 4 people. A crib can be added upon request.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and features a TV, free Wi-Fi, linens included, a hairdryer, and a private uncovered parking space in the internal courtyard.
It enjoys an excellent location, close to Como San Giovanni station, which is at the end of the same street, the Giuseppe Sinigaglia stadium, and the lakeside promenade. The path leads on one side to Villa Olmo and its park, which connects to that of Villa del Grumello, and on the other to Villa Geno, passing by the Navigazione pier where you can catch connections to the main attractions of the lake.

Self check-in is available anytime between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM. If you have any special needs, please contact the host to arrange a special check-in.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Beds are not required to be made or trash is taken out. Please ensure that lights and air conditioning are turned off and windows are closed.
